Hen 911 Something caught in her mouth

Hi. We just found one of our hens in the shed. She swallowed part of a long piece of twine and now it is caught. We tried pulling on it but it seems caught. What do we do?!

You should probably take her to a vet immediately if you have any around you that will treat chickens.
