Hen abandoned pipped egg?

So, my hen abandoned a pipped egg. The chick inside is moving around and peeping, but he won't hatch.
There are lots of blood vessels in the egg, so I don't know if I should help or not. He's fully formed, as far as I know.

What do I do?

If the hen is off nest.. take it put it under heat lamp... make sure you have a thermometer
