Hen Acting Like a Rooster Toward Chicks of Another Hen

Hen being observed has gone full on broody as in incubation mode. She is no longer interacts with free-ranging chicks mentioned above unless they approach her. It is as if her broody cycle is in reverse.

Now this hen is roosting in overturned barrel with 9 of 10 remaining chicks. The other chick is roosting with it's mother about 4' off the ground.
