Hen and Roo having disagreement/????

My Sebrights are considerably smaller than my silkies. The silkies are a dark brown color, though I can't seem to find any that color online lol. Leave it to me to get something weird lol!

My sebrights are funny lol they sleep in a doghouse! The doghouse is about 3*3 and they love it ! I think they like the small area! They are currently in a 8*8 run. They won't roost above the ground for anything and sleep laying their heads on top of each other lol on the hay in the floor of the doghouse lol. Told ya if it is weird somehow I end up owning it and if it ain't weird before i get it, it sure is afterward lol! Must be something in the water here lol.

wow, and here I thought they liked to roost more than lay on the ground

hmmm... I wonder if mine will be like that lol If they are, atleast you won't be the only one with something "weird". Maybe then we'll find out if our water is the same

lol Yep ! They are funny to watch. The hen keeps pecking food off his mouth when he stands up to swallow lol. Then he puffs his feather up at her and makes a little growl then she does it again! They like to chase bugs and to "challenge" the Buff Orpington Roo we have lol. Good thing they can't get to each other lol.

rofl! Boy, they sure are confident. I hope you don't use that Clearasel Ultra stuff on them, its just like the commercial says "May cause confidence."

I hope mine don't get like that with our neighbor's cats or mine. If they do, then they're dinner

lol my Silkies actually chase my little rat terrier! I think maybe they seen her chasing the guienas (sp?) and figured they would pay her back lol!

what?! Little silkies actually did that?! ok, now i'm DEFINITELY getting some lol. I'm just worried mostly about my bantams. The standards i'm not AS worried but i'll still keep a close eye on. We have a Bichon Frise which probably isnt' much bigger than your terrier and then we have a cat thats smaller than him and she's full grown! She's always been small but I still don't trust her alone with "free food".

Yep they sure did! They are soooo funny! We have a cat that tries to get into the run when we go in and she has slipped into it when i went in to feed and play with them. I was shocked that she just sat there and looked at them. When she did walk over beside them they just looked at her and started walking toward her and she RAN out of there! I really don't think she even knew what they were!!! lol Of course I am sure if she hadn't been so scared of them she would have looked at them as "free food" too!

wow, my cat is kind of small for her age (atleast 4 years old) and she doesn't eat much but if she sees a prey item like a baby rabbit, she'll go VROOOOM!!!!! straight at it. But considering the chickens are probably bigger than her, I don't think she will. But there are other bigger male cats in the neighborhood. But I mean big as in FAT and LAZY, so I doubt they would want to waste energy unless they feel otherwise. Also considering how confident Sebrights are, my rooster may just keep them at bay
