Oh gosh, poor Lady. Rinse it off with saline, wound wash or warm water then apply neosporin, treat for shock with electrolyte water and keep her warm.
Ok,that's what I've done. I also applied veterycin Poultry care spray. She has water with electrolytes and is currently in my bathroom under a heat lamp.

She's not wanting to drink anything right now. Should I Syringe it into her mouth?

If you want to, do it pointing to the side of her throat. but it might be best to leave her alone to rest for a few hours. Have you made sure those were the only injuries?
I just looked all over her. Those are the only external injuries. I don't think there's internal but of course cant know that. She did poop. It was pretty watery and white but had a little form to it.

Just checked on her and she ate so I think that's a good thing? She's in a cage in the garage under a heat lamp.

Ok, so she's drinking now also. Fi gers crossed she heals up well. When can I put her back outside with the others? I'm definitely keeping her in for a few days but am not sure when she can safely go back into the run and coop.
