Hen being bullied by another hen

Hi,
My barred rock is currently getting pecked by one of my red comets. I have 5 girls and shes the only getting it. I'll post a piece of her back. Shes following her around d trying to peck her. I'll also post a pic of their coop.

I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be great. Thank you so much.

Individual temperaments very often play a role in bullying. This can result in a vicious cycle of bullying/victim behavior, one continuously feeding into the other. I've learned how to short circuit this behavior and stop it. Stopping the bullying is step one. Seperating the one being bullied would protect her but could cause some problems when it's time to integrate her back in to the flock. If it's only 1 hen that's doing the bullying, I suggest putting the bully in the jail for a week or two. When she comes back out, she should be pushed down in the pecking order and ideally shouldn't be as much of a bully as she was before. As for your injured lady, you'll want to clean and treat her wound and get it covered somehow to prevent the other hens from picking at it. You can use bluekote to spray it and hide it or put a hen saddle on her to protect it while it heals. I make hen saddles if you were interested in going that route.

@Slcarls80 How much run space do you have (sqft)?
I agree with @azygous placing your BR in a large kennel inside the run can be helpful - this allows her to have her own food/water and she can heal without being harrassed.
Removing a bully, well....that's usually a strong willed bird. Even if you place them far away from the others where she can't see them, she may be a little lower in the pecking order when you put her back, but likely will go right back to where she was before your removed her - she might be even worse. I have never had any success removing a bully or strong willed bird unless it was permanent. Put the weaker bird in separation so she can be "with" them and hopefully she will gain some confidence.

You may also want check your BR to make sure she's not sick or has something else going on. Lice/Mites, make sure her crop is empty in the mornings, is she laying eggs/any problems there, etc.
