really sorry, see if you can get hold of your state veterinarian and get a necropsy so you can have a diagnosis. Keep the bird cold, not frozen. If you got her with another group from the same source, the rest are probably sick and not showing symptoms. I don't think most people will cull if they seem healthy. try reading other threads regarding respiratory illness too.

The Hen has been Culled. She was such a pretty hen. Such a shame. Now we will have to be on watch for all the other birds. Plus we are due to add some younger birds to the flock soon that we raised so I think we will push that back a weekd or two. I am going to clean the coop out tomorrow and do a half bleach/half water mixture to clean all the waters and feeders.

What do I do with the eggs I have collected from her over the past few days? Are they edible? Or hatchable?

The eggs can be eaten, but I would not hatch them. If it is MG it has a 10% chance of being passed in the egg. It's a small chance, but it is there. I hope you have seen the last of it.
