Hen easily twisting her wing feathers? Possible injury?

My 3 year old bantam hen is easily twisting her bottom wing feathers if she flaps too hard or flies, so that they're the other way around. She fixes it with a little shake but it happens so often I wonder if there's something wrong.

Is this something to worry about?

She fixed her wing now so I've got to wait till the next time

She fixed it after a couple minutes. Couple hours later she twisted 4-5 of her feathers and then fixed them. Didn't take a photo unfortunately.
