Hen gaping and wheezing

I would continue with the Tylan. If this is a secondary infection from a virus, the Tylan won't cure the virus, but may give relief from the symptoms if they're bacterial. It can't hurt to do both the antibiotic and anti-fungal treatment. That way, something may help this little girl to breathe better, and maybe survive this.

I’m hoping so. I resently lost some due to a neighbors dog while they were free ranging. I really don’t want to lose another. Thanks

Great advice.

I would give the Tylan twice a day for 5 days, and it can be given orally instead of injecting it. You can even give it more often such as 3 times a day, but it does sound more like a virus than MG. Viruses have to run their course over a month or so. Sometimes they can have one type of infection, and have a secondary infection, such as viral infectious bronchitis complicated by a fungal disease (aspergillosis.) Some birds on necropsy after death may commonly have viral and secondary bacterial infection. Once you finish with the Tylan, I would use a probiotic or some good plain yogurt 1 tsp daily added to food for probiotics.
