hen gimping

My guinea hen is gimping on her right leg. She is eating and drinking but I don't have a clue what happened. She uses it lightly. What can i do for her? Thanks for any info.

You can confine her to a cage with food and water so she uses the injured leg less until she heals, but sometimes that can aggravate the problem and make her pace non-stop from being separated from the flock. Usually Guineas with minor injuries will usually baby themselves until they heal, so if there's no visible injury/blood you could just keep an eye on her and see if the limping gets worse. If it does, then I'd consider confining her at that point.
