I have a 4-month old silver laced Wyandotte who has been making some funny noises. She’s done a bit of gurgling, but not constantly when she breathes, which seems to be more common. Instead it seems to just be when she’s trying to “speak”. She’s also sneezing a bit more than I think is normal. But despite all this she seems perfectly healthy. Just as active and curious as anyone else. If I didn’t know any better I’d call it allergies!
She’s still isolated, as I only recently purchased her, though she’s with the other hen I got from the same person - that hen seems totally healthy, none of the same symptoms
Is she likely sick with something that will get more serious or am I probably just overreacting?
Thanks for all the help!

Can you make a video of her? Upload videos to youtube, then provide us a link.

Just to clarify - she gurgles when she breaths? Check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks just to make sure the gurgling is not crop related.

Gurgling with sneezing can also be respiratory disease. Mycoplasma, Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Coryza and ILT are fairly common in chickens. If you have a vet that can do some testing, that would be a good idea. Respiratory diseases are contagious and make birds carriers of the disease for life.

@Wyorp Rock No, only when she's clucking or vocalizing. Not when she's just breathing.
Yeah I'd assume respiratory too, but I'm hesitant because shes eating and drinking fine, moving around, etc.
I'll try uploading a video if I catch her at it again. I've given her apple cider vinegar in her water in the meantime.
