Hen has been wormed still not doing well

Yah it's amazing how much they enjoy the pumpkin. My little pullet is hanging on too and totally digs the yogurt, pumpkin mix.

The mites alone that you described could cause poor feathering, and they can make a chicken weak and anemic (or even kill them due to severe anemia). The 7 dust should kill them, but repeat in 2 weeks. Inspect often for more mites. Ivermectin will kill most mites and lice as well, off label- but it works well, and is safe for the bird if used at the right dose. Wazine will just kill large roundworms, ivermectin has a wider spectrum for worms.

How do I worm with the Ivermectin? I have the paste (horse wormer). She is due to be wormed again this weekend (2 wks) so I either need to repeat with Wazine at the very least or give her the Ivermectin, which is what I think she needs. I just don't know how to or what the dose is.
