I would think it's ok to put her back with the rest, keep an eye no one starts pecking at the wrapping. If you think they'll pester her, put her in a wire cage with food & water, put the cage in the coop. Saves on having to reintroduce later.

I'll put her out with the others tomorrow probably. Today it's pouring rain! So I don't want her walking around in the muck with open wounds and bandages.

That's why I use duct tape instead of vet wrap.
