hen has frozen leg

We experienced record low temps in our area. Our smallest hen has a frozen leg. I btought her inside for it to warm up. What do i do in this situation?

You should place her in water that is 100-101 degrees F for 30 minutes to gradually warm her leg. Do not rub the leg. Frozen limbs can eventually turn black and fall off, but I hope that you can help her. Here is an excellent link to read about frostbite:
