I would probably take him to my vet. With his toes curling, he may have a broken hip or some damage to his tendons/ligaments. If you can't afford to go to vet, isolate him, keep him in a quiet place, and keep him calm. You can give him a baby aspirin for any pain, swelling, and inflammation. But only one. every 4-6 hours. But check on him often.
