Keep the prolapse moist with honey or oil/vaseline, and it may help to soak her bottom at least daily to clean it. Keep droppings cleaned off if possible. It can be common to have that dark bit of poo stuck on the prolapse. Make sure that she is separated so the hens do not peck her.
