Hen has respiratory infection

I have a 2 year old hen who has a respiratory infection. I’m not sure how long she’s had it but she’s been sneezing for a bit. Yesterday she was all good and today she’s acting lethargic. She’s sleeping while standing, acting weak. Barley talking and she’s gasping for air every few minutes. She’s in a hospital with food and water. I’m going to the feed store soon what can I get her that isn’t something I have to inject?

Get an antibiotic powder to mix in the water (Tylosin) much much easier and less stressful than injections or giving it orally. Then either a 3 or 5 day course should do the trick.
