Try a little Vaseline if you don’t have ophalmic ointment.

Wrap her snugly in a towel and tie her legs together with shoestring. Lay her on her side with her head out the end of the towel, with the eye up. Use whatever means necessary to remove the object. Once you remove it, put a tiny dab of neosporin ointment in the eye. It will melt into her eye. Then release her and she's good to go.
