hen having hard time laying looks very painful

hi so i have a barred rock that use to be pretty good with her laying but know she only lays acouple times a week and some times she will get puffed up not want to move she will get watery poops and will close her eyes and just not want to do any thing then she will lay the egg after a while but she will not be in the laying box it will be out in the open next to a waterer and when this happens the egg has a circle like it has been sitting in her for a while i put oyster shell in her food i have a broody and a chick so i feed grower feed to the whole flock why is the egg sitting in her for so long and how do i help her

How old/young is she?

I wouldn't add oyster shell to her food...leave it in a dish of its own.

She may not be getting enough calcium in her diet so she has trouble laying.
She may just have a built in glitch.

The first and easiest thing to try to fix the problem is extra calcium.
