Found one of my girls unable to stand on her own, she can't really walk but gets around the coop and then lays in another spot. Seems alert otherwise, eats and drinks if I hold her up or put food down for her. She'll be a year old in the spring, not sure if she's been laying. Just want to get advice on what I should do. I don't want her suffer any longer.

Sorry about your hen. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Is one leg weaker than the other? Are her toes curled under? I would try to give 1/2 tablet of human vitamin B complex every day for a couple of weeks to see if it helps. She might have symptoms of Mareks. If you lose her or put her down, I would have your state vet do a necropsy to look for what was wrong. A chicken sling chair might be a good thing for her during the day to get her up and in front of food and water. Here are some examples that you can make:

There is a video in post 12 and a design in post 11.

I would also check for a stuck egg by inserting a clean finger into her vent 1-2 inches. Try to get her drinking water and eating some moistened feed and scrambled egg bits. Electrolytes, sugar water, or Poultry NutriDrench is good for her today.

I did try to feel for an egg and there was nothing there from what I could tell.

She was not vaccinated, both legs seem equal and her toes curl slightly, you can kind of see in the one picture it was hard to get a decent picture. I flexed both legs and her toes move and she didn't seem to be bothered by it.

I would get her started on the vitamins, B or super B complex. Give her some sugar water or electrolyte water. Have you ever seen similar signs in a chicken or lost one before mysteriously? I really hope this isn’t Mareks. Be sure and check for any mites or lice on her skin.

Ok, we've lost others but it was usually all of the sudden, we would notice something off and then they would be gone the next day or we would have to put them down. All the ones we've lost were older laying hens that we got from the feed store as day olds.
