Hen having Vent and respritory symptoms, bumble foot debating antibiotic treatment

she laid an egg :) shes eating, ill give her a bit before bothering her again to get a status :) i know this doesn't mean its over, but it still feels great and she looks much less miserable

ill check into the fecal float. first i want to mama sure the coop is set up correctly. shes big and doesn't need to make some of those jumps.

so from the poctures there is not a prolapsed vent correct?

after laying an egg her mood is up and she wants to be outside. what she does not want to do is leave her foot wrap alone. i have her inside still because of it. how the heck do they get this on both feet? its much smaller on the 2nd foot and i looked (not hard enough).

egg looked normal.

Sounds like she may have been eggbound, so good that she laid an egg. Chickens get bumblefoot from tiny splinters, cuts or scrapes on their foot pads. I have seen a lot in my chickens since I have a lot of tiny rocks in my soil that come to the surface. I don’t do anything for it unless there is redness and swelling or limping.

There was no prolapsed vent in any of the pictures that you posted. Here is a picture of one:

thank you. i have seen that red thing sometimes in the morning when i greet her. she hunches down excited to see me (im not a rooster!) and the red thing goes in and out. its kinda gross but it doesnt stay out. thats normal right?

Yes, that would be normal if she's squatting for you. The hen inverts the cloaca to recieve sperm from the rooster - with chickens, they touch cloacas (there's no penetration) it's commonly known as the "Cloaca Kiss".
This article has a good write up - it's interesting to learn about chicken anatomy and function
