Hen head twitches

Really sorry to hear there a few are twitching. There's alot it could be depending on what's changed or there diet but darn they are so young. If they are laying I think they do need layer feed. You said you give them a few drops of ooo I'm not understanding what that is lol.
No I don't think giving a dusting would hurt

They were on non gmo grower and when the first one laid her egg I bought layer however on here I read some people would give them grower because it’s higher in protein and have oyster shells out for their calcium so I bought grower again. I just finished that bag so I will buy layer again. Idk if that will help. Maybe it’s a nutrient defficientcy that could be causing it?

Sneezing can be caused by dust or not enough ventilation
Chickens are really good at hiding symptoms so there may be a few things your not seeing
I don't think they would be sneezing if they had a nutrition deficiency
So this is what I would do if it were my girls. I would try to get them all on an antibiotic just for the reason they could be hiding a few symptoms from you.
If you got to sneeze you can't help but sneeze.
If you have a twitch you can't hide it. So they are only showing the symptoms they can't hide.
I would find out if an antibiotic would be ok to get a jump on a possible problem from your vet.
Here's a link of common symptoms and colds maybe you'll notice other symptoms on here.
You should watch there poop
And I would look down throats for anything out of the ordinary.

Sorry your birds are having issues. I couldn't get your video to work for me. Are these dry sneezes? Wet sneezes could be causing the head twiches if fluid is backing up in the ears.

Head shakes or twiching is generally caused by respiratory infections, ear infections, something in the ear, encephalitis caused by mosquito bites can cause head and neck tremors, other viruses as well. Changes in air pressure can cause birds to shake their heads (airplanes, loud motors, thunder)

If these are dry sneezes most likely they are not related to respiratory ailments. However I am not sure the twiching and sneezing would then be related.

Oh wow. It’s so stressful trying to figure out what’s going on. I think they are wet sneezes. The rooster will shake his head and I can hear a noise? If that makes sense. I see some shaking their head however some are twitching - I’m still not seeing any fluid from the noise or eyes. I keep going to check on them every hour. I have noticed some of them fluffing their feathers like after a mount randomly. I wish I had the money to bring them to the vet for testing but I am unable to work anymore and I just don’t have the funds.

Do you have any antibiotics? It wouldn't hurt to run some Duramycin through the flock. I am not sure where you can get antibiotics in Canada. Check poultry supply places, feed stores, somewhere on line.

Antibiotics won't hurt, its worth a try. I bet they do have some sort of respiratory ailment, especially if you hear noises in the lungs, throat, mouth, voices, etc.
