hen hurt her leg

HELP!! i have a hen who hurt her leg. i isolated her from the other hens. before i isolated her she was only trying to walk on her good leg and using her wing to support her. since i isolated her, she just lays there and now she doesn't stand on either leg and they are stiff. i had to clean her bottom because of feces. i noticed a hard black bump above her poop hole. she doesn't eat or drink a lot, if she even does. this has been going on now for 2 weeks. can anyone give me some advice. thank you
