Can I move a sitting hen, she has been sitting on eggs for 7 days but the temperature will go down to -11c in a few days. She picked her own spot and we couldn't find her until today. It is in a covered woodpile and protected by rain and wind.

If she's dry and out of the wind she ought to be fine......more likely that she'd abandon the nest after being moved than that she'd lose the eggs to a cold snap in the situation you're describing.

I've had a broody incubate in colder temps.
A predator getting her is another concern.
