Hen injured by a dog then the other hens pecked very bad wounds into her.

My hen was grabbed by a dog, lots of feathers ripped out. I grabbed her up and saw no blood just some bare spots , mostly tail feathers missing. She was shaken up put stayed on her roost. Next day after work the other hens had pecked her very very badly. She lived through the night. I am force feeding her water and food. what can I put on her wounds. I washed them then applied betadine. Anything else? Should I put neosporin on them?

Keep her separated till healed. Flush the wound with saline, then apply betadine, then eye type betadine (melts at body temperature so seeps deep into the wound).
Campho-Phenique helps the itch and is antiseptic.
If you keep them together, provide the hens some animal protein. That may lessen their desire to feed on her wounds.
