She looks like she's doing much better! I've never had that happen to any of my hens, but once a BO mix of ours got a bloodied head by too much mating.
The other chickens should accept her. They'll probably peck a little to re-determine where your BO ranks on the pecking order, but it should be nothing severe. I don't know how long the coloring from the Blu-Kote will stay since I've never used it, but you may want to wait until her feathers are normal color. (If she has to molt the feathers for them to be buff again then I'd just put her back in with the others once her head heals.)
