Hen is acting differently

One of our hens has been acting differently this last week. She is eating and drinking but doesn't have much energy. Any help would be appreciated.

Is she molting?

Her tail is down, did you check her vent?

Looks like she maybe starting to molt. That can cause a hen to become listless and isolated. I've got one that hides from the flock all day long when she's molting.
