Hen is lowering her head and walking backwards

Please, only bath the butt of your chickens when it is dirty, not just for fun.

They are no ducks and regular bathing will do no good.

As it is molting time, it is hurtful for chickens to be touched when the pin feathers come in piercing trough their skin, and they often show this behaviour you described, when, while moving their neck/head these pinfeathers will prick them. So they try to escape the hurt.
Ik that it’s bad for them, I don’t shower them for fun they got like super dirty this time . When I had my other batch of chickens for some reason they never went through a molt

Why are you bathing and bejeweling your chickens?

Bathing them is rarely necessary and can reduce feather and skin condition.

What is the age(in weeks or months) and breeds of these chickens?
Oh sorry i forgot their Rhode Island reds

Repeatedly?
Just on their butts or....?
Are their poops loose and watery?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?
One had it all over her butt ( she always does) I could tell it was bothering her so I showered her

ratatouille took a dirt bath where there was poop and it got all over her like feet, and body and she had very small amount on her butt.
I don’t know what their poop is like but I’m prettt sure for rattypatty it’s watery and for ratatouille she goes normal
