Hen is standing still with eyes closed not eating

One of my girls is having very similar symptoms. She is standing up but won't walk, when she does occasionally walk she is waddling. She is not eating or drinking, just standing there with her eyes closed. I have checked her vent and can't see anything but she has been having watery diarrhea. Lots of things I have looked up say they occur in younger chickens, this pen is about 3 years old. not sure what to do for her!
