Hen keeps sneezing.

He also gave the hen an injection.
Told me to put half a tea spoon of the powder in their water every day.

First egg of the day had a bump on the tip of it, the shell was so thin it cracked in my hand.

Make sure that she drinks plenty of the medicated water. Thin and wrinkled egg shells can be a sign of infectious bronchitis. Thin egg shells may also be a sign of not getting enough calcium. Layer feed and crushed oyster shell might help.

I have ducks, ducklings and guinea fowl. Will they need powder in their water too ? Or will it not affect them?

It is best to only treat birds who show signs of illness. If the illness is infectious bronchitis, which can only be known for sure with testing, it only affects chickens, but not other fowl. If it was MG a respiratory disease which can be treated with antibiotics, then other birds can get it. Here is a link to read about IB:

I would only treat birds that are showing symptoms, so right now it's just her right?

A lot depends on what she has. If I remember correctly, Mycoplasma can affect Turkeys, ducks, pigeons but I'm not sure about Infectious Bronchitis.

Two other hens are sneezing but she was sneezing uncontrollably yesterday, she seems to have calmed down since the injection she got at the vets.
Got one thin egg today, the rest have been normal so far.
She did have bubbles on one of her eyes in the car on the way to the vets but it was really hot. She had her mouth open panting the whole time, it was an hour drive to the vets and back. No bubbles in her eye anymore.

You have a pretty flock. Mine love to rest under an evergreen tree like that during the day. Infectious bronchitis (IB) tends to spread throughout the flock quickly, while MG affects fewer birds and there may be less sneezing noticed. MG can cause eye bubbles, but hopefully it was just from the car ride in the heat.
