So my light Sussex hybrid is just over a year old. She came out of moult around 2 months ago and ever since she has been laying very tiny eggs with no yolk inside. I've got around 10 of these little eggs. What's the cause of this? Is there anything I can do to make her lay normal eggs again?

Greetingsfrom Kansas and :welcome. Pleased you joined our community. I am not sure on the issue with your hen. I know once in awhile one of my girls will give me an egg like you describe - but not 10 in a row. You may want to post in this thread where you are likely to get more responses - https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/18/chicken-behaviors-and-egglaying
You can also type 'no yolk' into the BYC search box and a bunch of threads will show up where it is discussed. Good luck to you!

Naturally cholesterol-free eggs! Pity you can't breed that trait, considering how much people are paying for yolk-less egg products these days.

I've had a "wind egg" from time to time from my ladies, but that was when they were just staring out

I know right!
