Hen laying two eggs

I have a young blue copper Maran who has laid twice with no shells, then she goes two days without laying an egg and then lays two, one right after the other. Some times she uses the nesting box and sometimes she lays in the middle of the run! Some of the eggs are chalky looking. What could be causing this and will it get more normal with time?

Not unusual, most new layers have a few kinks in the system at first. Don't worry.

I recently integrated the 10 week olds to their run and feed them all chicken grower. Could this be the cause? I give them layer feed when they free range and the little ones can’t get to it

Do you have other sources of calcium available to them (oyster shell, crushed egg shell)?
