Hen lays shell-less egg then this worm comes out of her?? **PICS**

Could the "worm" be part of the egg she didn't pass- or maybe another strange egg? I would think she has some kind of laying issue not parasites, but I'm no expert. I would have poked, prodded and disected that thing until I was sure it wasn't alive. Good luck!

That is not a worm. That is intestinal lining that was shed, perfectly normal.

i say its either intestinal lining, or when she had her 'egg laying screw up' as I call it when once in a blue moon I get a strange egg, that could be the reproductive systems other bit to that 'off egg' she laid the day before.
