hen leaves her eggs for too long

Hi! New to chicken raising, and we’ve put some eggs under our hen, which she’s taken too. The only problem that she leaves them for up to hours. Will this problem be fixed with her next eggs, is it due to her young age? Thanks!

Hi! They are new eggs from another hen, just introduced yesterday. I heard the hen shouldn’t leave the eggs usually for more than an hour so that they don’t cool down. How does candling work on new eggs? is there anything to look for?
