Hen limping/avoiding walking on one foot

I have been spraying Persnickity’s foot 3x a day, and am not sure if there is anything different there (I once had the wrong hen, and her foot looked exactly the same). But... this morning she seems to have turned a corner. Instead of lying down every chance she gets, she was walking back and forth with the others, waiting for breakfast.
I made adaptations to the roosting area, but of course, she insists on doing it HER way. We are building a new coop for them, and I will make sure all the roosts are low enough.

Ok, so it really hasn’t changed much. But in the mornings she moves about. After breakfast she lies around for most of the day. I spray her foot with Vetericyn 3x a day.
I have some pictures now. You can see some pink on the first picture. But I don’t know what it looked like before her limp.

From the looks of that foot, frostbite may be the culprit here. The dark demarcation on the toes indicate tissue damage.

What I suggest is an aspirin twice a day for pain and soaking once a day in warm Epsom salts, twice a day if you can manage it. It may help restore circulation to the tissues that appear to be dying. Continue the wound spray several times a day, as well.

She needs to be protected from contact with below freezing temps on the injured tissue or risk further damage.
