Might be arthritis see if she can able to stretch her wing and leg

If this is arthritis she's not able to stretch apple cider vinegar in water will help cleaning the uric acid from joints

Oh, believe me she can flap her wings and stretch her legs alright! I have the minor wounds to prove it! Giving a hurt hen a bath is not as easy as it seems ;)
 
Update: Today she seems to be in higher spirits. She is still limping and standing on one leg whenever possible, but there is no more blood and things appear to be improving! I think she'll be just fine :)
 
I have treated broken toenails with a little iodine and no pain medicne. My hen limped for a week or so. But just make sure that it isn’t something else wrong, such as a sprain or injury.
