Hen losing feathers and bugs on body.

One of or hens just started losing a lot of feathers and she seems to have these little orange bugs on her back. Is this something serious??? And what can we do for a cure?

Sounds like you have a mite problem on your hands, er hen. There are several treatment options - the key is to treat not just this bird but also the rest of the flock and the entire coop -- I would search "mites" and read through some of the articles and threads here on BYC to see which approach fits best with your approach to chicken keeping and proceed from there.
