The Baytril showed yesterday as well as my extra syringes. I'm glad it will be on hand. I've decided I don't want to wait until next year for chick's so I'm picking up a few 2 1/2 year old buff hens on Sunday. They're unwanted and my coop is looking bare so I think it's just meant to be that they join us. They'll be in quarantine a while, but I'm sure they'll survive it![]()

Glad you finally got it and hope you don't need to use it. Congrats on the new hens! The Baytril showed yesterday as well as my extra syringes. I'm glad it will be on hand. Quote: I'm not sure how they get around the legal issue, 'cause it's not. You can get the pills, but they're usually more expensive. I think Twin City Poultry sells both, but their prices are the highest I have ever seen. I use the injectable and think it's the way to go, especially if you have one that has a slow crop. Our last bottle was $35 for 100ml, but it's generic.
Liquid can be used on any size bird, pills can't, so you might want to consider getting it instead. If you decide you want liquid, PM me and I'll send you the link to the place I used last. I would post it here, but the last time I did that the feds shut the place down.

Just thought I should clarify something... I recommended the two links above because I have purchased from them before and they seem reputable. The bottle I have now is from a place I haven't bought from yet and I wanted to verify it before suggesting to others that they try it (it's manufactured in europe, and I always worry about that sort of thing). Now that I have tried it and have seen improvement 24 hours after using it I am confident that it works.
For those that are looking to spend less and don't want/need the injectable, these two places are fine to buy from.
