Hen missing feathers

Pretty new to the chicken world. I have 4 hens and have one missing all her feathers around her butt. Can someone give me advice?

She is being picked. Picking is a sign of
Boredom, low protein diet, tight spaces, mites/lice, or chickens being jerks.
