Hen not going out of her coop?

My hen is not going out of the coop and making a nest but they ditches it my hen always lay in different places in the coop and she if opening her mouth like she has a hard time breathing nut i think it'd becuase its to hot bout the other chicken are not hot so why is she opening her mouth and why is she ditching her nest and she keep going in and out of the coop

I don't understand what you mean by 'ditching' her nest. The open mouth breathing and wings held out to the side are probably a response to the heat.
