Thank you in advance for you assistance.

I have a hen that I suspected has a vit B deficiency. Both feet toes curled and together and sitting back on both hocks. For 2 weeks I've been giving her 3 cc of rooster booster poultry cell 2xday, she improved in that she has been able to stand for a few seconds. I also started her on coop kelp, rooster booster vitamin and mineral and brewers yeast along with the poultry cell 2xday. She's on purina omega 3 free choice/heart hen 50/50 mixture.
She's strong, eating, drinking and will go into the make shift coop attached to her pen where I have her during the day with 2 baby ducks. She's inside at night with a few baby bantams. Not sure it matters but we are in Az. I have her with a swamp cooler during the day to stay cool.

Anyone have any suggestions?

How old is this pretty girl? The first thing that comes to mind is Marek’s, in which case you can only offer supportive care and keep her stress level down. Eating and drinking well is good!
She's about 2. I thought about Marek's but she's not displaying many symptoms or getting worse.

I don't really have any suggestions other than continuing supportive care.

I had one pullet exhibit similar symptoms in December. She stopped laying about a month prior. My first though was Marek's except that the other girls were ok, I keep a closed flock, and being winter there weren't many wild birds around. We unfortunately had to cull once she couldn't stand on her own, she never lost her appetite though which was the saddest part. I performed a home necropsy which showed lots of tumours through her reproductive tract. I believe they must have been compressing her spine or the nerves to her legs.
