Hen only laid one egg

Black sex link about 7 months old. She laid one egg about a month ago and not one since. She is at the bottom of the pecking order out of 5 birds. The others have pecked most of the feathers off her back but they are finally starting to grow back. When we go out to give them treats she usually goes back in the coop while the others eat.

Is she just stressed? Defective bird? Any ideas?

I do hope you go give her treats in the coop. my 3 did the same to one of my buffs, I got a small squirt gun and have retrained them to stop the bullying! when they start (during my treat giving) I squirt them on the butt and they run. the picked on hen gets first pick of the goodies and by retraining them to behave or no goodies they are all now eating together. ( no body puts baby in the back LMAO )
