Both hens (pullets) in my opinion! We have one! Pretty girls!
Although your two do have the more pointy feathers in the neck and the tails do seem darker and straighter, so I see how this is a question. So maybe Roos. I’m not sure. My guess is pullets though!

I'm thinking the very first bird is a pullet, however, I can't really tell if there is pointed plumage in the saddle. Are you able to post a clearer shots of the saddle feathers on all of them? Looking a little suspicious, especially the last two.

Actually, the more I strain my eyes to locate pointed feathers on the first, I believe I'm spotting a few. Again, closer shots would be very helpful.
