Hen or Cockerel?

This chicken is approx 10 weeks old. He/she is smaller then the others it has a scissor beak and one eye.

What do you think? Hen or Cockerel

Thank everyone that is what I thought!!!

He was born with only one eye. He is smaller then all the rest but he is growing. He has been the sweetest thing since he was born. He comes to you and wants you to hold him. I just love him. I was thinking he was a Cockerel except the others ones that are have a much bigger and brighter comb so I wasn't 100%. Although I think he is behind a little in development. His legs are thin like a hen.
