I will need to return the chick if it is a roo and if I do it right away I can get another the same age to replace this is one. Thank You [IMG] I was told that it is an Ameraucana.

It is 4 weeks old. Sorry, I should have said that.

I am wondering because I have 2 the same age. This one has a bigger comb than the other one.

Not a clue but that comb is bigger than my EE pullets at that age... if that HELPS at all.

You can tell b/c the roos combs will be bigger and have 3 prominent lines and the hens will have 1 prominent line. Looks like the 2nd is a pullet.

    Top bird is a cockerel.

    Second bird is a pullet.
