Hen or Roo????? Please help!

This chicken is almost 5 months and i usually know if its a hen or rooster but this one has me and my husband baffled. Does anyone know what gender this chicken is?

That's a rooster. In the picture, you can see the long pointy saddle feathers bunched up behind the hands.

Thank you. We kinda thought so but he just isn't as big as our other roosters that are the same age and hasn't tried to crow.
