Maybe this will give a better view of the Polish birds. Any opinions would be great! I don't know much about Cochins or polish to tell myself.

You'll need to take better, individual pics of each bird. A side profile and a straight on shot so we can see their combs (it would be very helpful to pull the Polish's crests back so we can see what's going on there).

As for guesses based on what I can see, I'm thinking both of the Polish are cockerels since they're already sporting those large red wattles. I'm not too sure on the Cochin, its comb doesn't look red or anything, but it appears sizable in the pic.

Maybe these will help. Got them out in the yard with better lighting.

Does that help any?

I'm pretty sure both of the Polish are cockerels. The Cochin is still throwing me though. It's got a pretty big comb with lots of color for an 8 weeks old. I'm going to go against the grain and guess all 3 are boys (and I hope I'm wrong!).

Bummer!! I was afraid that was true. So in hopes to keep one of the polish. Thanks for the opinions. So on a related note, anybody want a polish rooster named Skunk? Lol
