Hen or roo?

First of all, its waddles are really red, and if the he/she grew out your other brahma pullet than it might just be a roo.

Brahmas are slow to mature. The pullets don't start to lay until they are at least 6 months old. At 9 weeks old, there is too much wattle and comb development. Male specific feathers may not be visible till about 12 to 16 weeks old.

Wow! This is really tough to guess. I look at the images and sometimes think pullet and then cockerel. You will have to wait till he/she crows or lays an egg.
