Hen or Roo ???

Do you think this 12 week old Barred Rock is a hen or roo? It's wattles and comb are much smaller than my other BR that is the same age who has been crowing for 3 weeks. Some of the pictures a a little blurry. Your help is appreciated.

I am not an expert, but I am leaning toward roo. The comb and wattle are very red and the tail is pretty long

by the colouring, so light.. it looks like a cockerel.. i only have barred rock hens, and they are darker..

The very last picture is a pullet and certainly does not appear to be the same bird in the first several pictures. The first pictures are a cockerel.

Definitely a cockerel, he has male specific feathering coming in (pointy saddle feathers).
