Hen or Roo?

I'm thinking hen, but the redness of the comb and waddle is making it hard to determine.
The rooster I have (hatched the same time) is already starting to crow, haven't heard anything from this one.
He?/She? just made 10 weeks old.

Here’s another one... I’m getting roo vibes from this one. I’ve given up hope on my flock, aha all of the chicks I picked from might end up being more then 50% Roos.
Also, update on the chicken above...He finally crowed.

What breed is he? I just gave away my cockerel that looked like that at 10 weeks. He was now 4.5 months old when I gave Him away this weeks and turned out BEAUTIFUL.
